Title: Production Supervisor
McCain Foods USA, Inc., WI: Responsibilities include supervising production employees in meeting schedules within established quality; budget and efficiency standards and performing all first line supervisory functions. Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers by performing the following duties: Responsibilities 1. Supervise the daily operation of a production line. 2. Trouble shoots with processes and resolves problems as they develop. 3. Resolve employee conflicts and motivate and discipline employees according to McCain policy as appropriate. 4. Coordinate activities with other departments as appropriate, including maintenance, quality control, and warehousing. 5. Train new employees in appropriate manufacturing processes. 6. Conduct employee performance appraisals in conjunction with McCain policy and on a timely basis. 7. Provide recommendations for improving operational capabilities to plant superintendent. 8. Provide cooperative assistance to other supervisors as necessary. 9. Participate and support McCain programs including, but not limited to, Safety and Employee Activity Committees.
